When you submit an enquiry form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, contact details, and a description of your medical query.
Your information is used solely to respond to your consultation enquiry. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) - specifically, responding to your enquiry. For any health information you provide, our basis is the provision of healthcare (Article 9(2)(h) and UK DPA 2018 Schedule 1).
Submissions are transmitted securely via Formspree, our email delivery processor, and received directly by Dr Nuttall. Formspree does not use your data for any other purpose. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io.
Patient records are retained for a minimum of 8 years after last contact, in line with GMC guidance. Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted within 12 months.
